Refund policy

AtΒ Akrielle, we value your trust and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. As a small business, our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and smooth processing of any issues that may arise. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for any products once sold.
  • Customers are requested to carefully review product descriptions, details, and images before completing their purchase.

2. Exchanges (Applicable Only for Damaged Products)

We only offer exchanges in the case of damaged products, under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: An uncut unboxing video (from the moment of opening the sealed package until the product is fully unboxed) is mandatory for any exchange request. Without this, the claim cannot be processed.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all items received, including:
    • The main product
    • Any freebies, inserts, or accessories provided with the order
  • Quality Check: Our team will inspect the returned product before approving the exchange.
    • The damage must match what is shown in the unboxing video.
    • Products not returned in original packaging or with damages beyond those captured in the video will lead to exchange refusal.

3. Refunds (Only if Exchange Cannot Be Processed)

  • Refunds are processed only if:
    • We cannot fulfill an exchange due to stock unavailability, or
    • Other unforeseen circumstances prevent us from replacing the item.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original source of payment only.
  • While actual timelines depend on your bank or payment provider, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days from confirmation.

4. Important Notes

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • An uncut unboxing video is compulsory for all claims.
  • This policy applies exclusively to orders within India.
  • We request your understanding and cooperation, as these terms allow us to continue delivering thoughtfully curated products as a small business.

5. How to Raise an Exchange Request

If your product is damaged and you would like to request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an uncut unboxing video while opening your package.
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at: hello.akrielle@gmail.com
    1. Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and the unboxing video as proof.
  3. Wait for confirmation from our team. We will review the request and share the return shipping process.
  4. Send the product back in its original packaging along with all freebies/inserts.
  5. Once we receive and verify the product, an exchange will be issued. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed.
