1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may be longer during sales, promotions, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time within India is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.
  • You can track the progress of your shipment using the courier’s website or app.

6. Delays and Liability

  • Akrielle is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Re-shipping due to incorrect address details may incur additional charges.

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incomplete address), we will attempt to contact you.
  • Re-delivery may be arranged at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an uncut unboxing video and photos.
  • Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
  • Resolution will be provided as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
